SESSION CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise; however, advance notice allows me the opportunity to offer that time to another client.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
You have 48 hours to cancel your session for any reason and receive a full refund or reschedule. After 48 hours if you need to cancel, this session can only be re-scheduled if you are unable to make it. This is to respect my time and schedule to continue to serve customers who are ready and willing to book a session. Please contact me as soon as possible at hello@thekatielundgren.com and include your name, date and time of session and reason for cancelling and if you would like a refund or to reschedule your appointment. Please allow 72 hours for me to respond to your message.
*Payments for late cancellations and missed appointments are nonrefundable.
*For SRT Sessions: Once a session has been completed this cannot be refunded.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS
If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show. The full session fee will be retained, and a new session must be purchased if you wish to rebook.

LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the appointments that follow. The full session fee will apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting me, your appointment may be considered a no-show.

I understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. Exceptions may be considered individually at my discretion. Please contact me as soon as possible if an emergency prevents you from attending your session.

PRACTITIONER CANCELLATIONS
FOR PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order due to product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Product Cancellation Policy.

PRODUCTS CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order for a physical product, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thekatielundgren.com and include your name and order number.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If your order has already been processed, packaged, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If we successfully cancel your order before fulfillment, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
FOR DIGITAL ITEMS/ EBOOKS/ GUIDES/ COLORING BOOKS
Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final and nonrefundable. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase. Please be mindful of your purchases as these are final sale.

We cannot guarantee that changes to a shipping address, product selection, quantity, or other order details can be made after an order is submitted. Please review your information carefully before completing your purchase and contact us immediately if you notice an error.
